Website and customer account use

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials private, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, scrape protected information, or use another customer's private link.

Quotes, contracts, and payments

Website descriptions, pricing examples, and AI previews are general information and are not offers or guarantees. A project is governed by the specific quote and service agreement presented to you. Typing your name, checking the agreement box, and submitting acceptance is intended to be your electronic signature.

Deposits, payment timing, cancellation terms, product ownership, warranties, maintenance, takedown, storage, and other project conditions are stated in your quote and service agreement. If these Terms conflict with an accepted service agreement, the accepted service agreement controls for that project.

AI design previews

AI-generated lighting images are illustrative concepts. They may contain errors, omit property details, or show products and placement that are not feasible. Final design, measurements, materials, pricing, safety requirements, and installation scope are confirmed during review and in your quote. You confirm that you have permission to upload any image you submit.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, logo, text, layouts, and company-created materials are owned by Precision Holiday Lighting LLC or used with permission. You may use your own quote, invoice, agreement, project photos, and design preview for personal purposes. You may not copy or commercially exploit other site content without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website relies on third-party hosting, email, artificial intelligence, authentication, and payment services and may link to other websites. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website itself. Nothing here limits warranties or obligations expressly included in an accepted service agreement or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Precision Holiday Lighting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not replace liability terms in an accepted service agreement.

These terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating only to website use will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Illinois unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
